What The Role Involves
- Supporting senior team members in delivering commercial and cost advice on construction and infrastructure projects.
- Assisting with quantity surveying tasks including measurement, cost planning, and contract administration.
- Conducting research and preparing project documentation and reports.
- Gaining exposure to dispute resolution and expert witness support services.
- Participating in client meetings and building your professional network.
- Contributing to internal initiatives, including knowledge sharing and team development.
Candidate Requirements
- A recent graduate or final year student in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced consultancy.
- A genuine interest in commercial advisory and the construction industry.
