What The Role Involves

Senior Consultant
Twenty-Two Group is expanding its team and are seeking a professional who brings strong commercial knowledge, real-world experience, and a collaborative mindset.

What the Role Involves
- Leading the delivery of commercial and quantity surveying services across major construction and infrastructure projects.
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted commercial advisor.
- Providing support in dispute resolution and expert witness commissions, including analysis and report writing.
- Guiding project teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Supporting internal development and contributing to the company’s growth and reputation.
Candidate Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in quantity surveying, commercial advisory, or related consultancy roles.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, Construction Management, or similar.
- Strong technical capability in commercial management and contract administration.
- Experience with dispute resolution, expert reports, or claims analysis is highly desirable.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
