What The Role Involves

  • Supporting senior team members in delivering commercial and cost advice on construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Assisting with quantity surveying tasks including measurement, cost planning, and contract administration.
  • Conducting research and preparing project documentation and reports.
  • Gaining exposure to dispute resolution and expert witness support services.

Candidate Requirements

  • A recent graduate or final year student in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.

Senior Consultant​

Twenty-Two Group is expanding its team and are seeking a professional who brings strong commercial knowledge, real-world experience, and a collaborative mindset.

What the Role Involves

  • Leading the delivery of commercial and quantity surveying services across major construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted commercial advisor.
  • Providing support in dispute resolution and expert witness commissions, including analysis and report writing.
  • Guiding project teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting internal development and contributing to the company’s growth and reputation.

Candidate Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in quantity surveying, commercial advisory, or related consultancy roles.
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, Construction Management, or similar.
  • Strong technical capability in commercial management and contract administration.
  • Experience with dispute resolution, expert reports, or claims analysis is highly desirable.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
